Doctor Mindbender needed to ramp up security measures at one of his storage facilities, to ensure that the materials stores there don't fall into the wrong hands, and never become exposed. The problem is that security systems can be defeated, bombs can be defused. He needed something that could adapt, think for itself, and make the decision to act, or not act after evaluating the situation or threat. He needed something as smart as him, as cunning as him. So he developed the Mind Bomb. As smart as him, as prioritized as him, as cunning as him... As handsome as him. The only flaw in this plan, was when you keep a device like this inside a closed briefcase... You should leave it's ears intact.
