Velocity has a need for speed. A former Air Viper, Velocity lives for the G-forces and the excitement that comes form staring death in the face at top speed. He is a top fixed wing pilot and will push any craft to its breaking point. He has completed numerous successful missions and landed more smoldering aircraft than any other known pilot. When Cobra Commander offered him the spot on The Immortals, he only had one question, "Where's my cockpit?" The sinister smile on his face was his answer when he was given the prototype Cobra VLC-T jetpack.
