This custom was created during Joecustom's annual Custom Celebration as part of the Two-Week Challenge. Since the first GI Joe movie was out in theaters a few months earlier, the goal of the challenge was to create a Joe or Cobra figure in Rise of Cobra styling. Not surprisingly, the good Major is made mostly from RoC Neo-Viper parts. As an added bonus, I slapped together a couple of Skull Squad Troopers to complete the team.
