No big story with this guy, and in fact I plan to re-purpose the head back to a Doc Ock custom at some point in time. But for now this figure can serve as a background character in many of my verses. He's fine in EXCAL, and I made the details with an eye towards him being a resident of Earth in my sci-fi story, where he has a bit of futuristic tech and a bit of a throw back look all at one time.
