He commands the Cobra-La Royal Guards and is bodyguard to Golobulus. His strength is nearly unmatched. He has razor sharp forearm blades as well as being able to fly. He is mute. It is said that Golobulus raised him from a pile of dead things and that he has no soul. It is possible that the legends of vampires and other such creatures such are spawned from Nemesis Enforcer. He is a force to be reckoned with.
