I've always thought the Danger Girl universe should co-exist with the Joe universe. As such, the Joes would occassionally run into the Hammer Army's plans for world conquest. More importantly, they would run into Major Maxim. I want to create a whole army of Hammer Troopers, scientists and evil personalities to give the Joes something more than just Cobra to worry about.

I used the Sgt. Savage General Blitz body as it was perfectly in scale to how big Major Maxim is. The cast head and kit-bashed backpack with hoses give Major Maxim that kind of creepy neo-nazi feel. The trenchcoat is from an IRON Stormtrooper.
