The Crimson Guard program was initially intended to place Cobra sleeper agents undercover into positions of authority and influence, in all manner of industry, in order to further the Cobra ideals, and subvert the American Dream.

"Doctor" Phil McGraw rose to prominence in American culture on the skirt tails of another suspected Cobra Agent, Oprah Winfrey. First as a recurring guest in her show, and then in his own syndicated talk show, Dr Phil used a unique combination of pop psychology and bullying techniques to sow the seeds of self doubt and malcontentment in middle America. His cover intact, he remains in place for the foreseeable future.
