Yep, just a repaint.

I thought the first Black Major was kind of petite and dainty and didn't fit the persona of a tough-as-nails ex-Action Force trooper. With a bit of time having passed since the world has last seen the Red Shadows I decided the Black Major should have filled out a bit more and look battle-scarred and ready for some action.
