Not everyone sees a Cobra trooper as a terrorist. To many people around the world, Cobra has been a source of liberation. They over throw dictators and corrupt governments and set up their own Cobra brand governments as a means to make the world a better place.

Sgt. Blake Cartwright is a Cobra trooper of the first rate. He comes from a middle class back ground and has a masters degree in psychology. Blake appreciates that his degree does not automatically make him an officer in Cobra's military, he has to earn it and has the same opportunity to earn it as any other trooper.
