ROC Wal-Mart exclusive 2 pack Shockblast with ROC Toys-R-Us exclusive Firefly backpack

I wanted a Shockblast that did not have the loud colors of the comic pack version, and when the Walmart two packs arrived it gave me an easy opportunity to create just that. I did not do any parts changes, just simply painted his vest to be blue like the original and also painted his backpack. i liked the Firely back pack for him because it reminded me of the backpack that came with the Real American Hero "Shockwave" figure.
