Lt Flint is the OIC for an Army unit in charge of retrieving escaped convicts from Military prison.

His current assignment is the pursuit of information on a new threat of Cobra and operatives associated with them, as well as the escape of several others from custody. He has several questionable operatives working for him. He keeps tabs on all of them and learns who he can trust and who he thought he could trust.
