When NJC #75 was announced as being Batman related for the character's 75th anniversary, I had a chance at redemption. You see, this custom has been a WIP since the first Batman related NJC. At the time I couldn't find a suitable head. Kambei sent me a cast of the one he used. Then it sat some more. So long in fact, that I lost the original penguin sidekicks I got for the goons NJC. Which I also failed to enter. I was glad to finally be able to cross this one off the list.
