Design:

Snake Master appeared as a Micro Force mini-figure. It looks as if the Micro Force mini-figure, with its green gi, might have originally intended to be Kamakura. Aside from the skin tone, it easily could have been released as Kamakura. To step away from the Kamakura vibe, I replaced the upper portion of the gi with busier pieces. The tubed gizmos on the lower arms look like something that might be used by a ninja assassin.

The Snake-Eyes front/back looks like something that would never pair with the Dusty skirt piece, except for the prominent centerline seam on both pieces. Coincidentally, the Slash legs also have this strong vertical line, pulling all of the parts together.

Colors & Paint:

Despite its Kamakura feel, I kept the green of the Micro Force mini-figure. The mini-figure's skin and uniform were matched in tone, so I used a darker brown for the skin and a pure green for the uniform for better contrast. The wrist plating/bands were left unpainted to better match the color flow of the mini-figure.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The neck post is cast.
