This character was done as a part of a GI Joe/Simpsons crossover project I did utilizing every head offered by LEGO in Series 1 of the Simpsons.

Lisa joined GI Joe in order to try and reinstate recycling laws that Commander Burns repealed the first day he took over Springfield. Additionally, she started a "Free Springfield" movement and spearheaded an effort to provide vegan MRE's to the Joe team. She has been lobbying the top brass to send her on a mission to fishnap and release Blinky from the clutches of Commander Burns.
