Body - 3.75" Men in Black figure

There was this custom contest and the theme was men in uniform. I'm not really into that sort of stuff but I still wanted to join the contest just to show my support. I initially wanted to custom Law in his military cadet uniform but when the Fallen 44 happened (death of 44 police commandos in the Philippines), I've decided to paint my base figure of Law based on the Philippine National Police Special Action Force Commando's uniform instead as a tribute to the Fallen 44. The figure is not really a contest material and in the future I hope I could custom a new PNP SAF Commando using better parts. So I've decided to custom another entry for the contest. The best base figure I could find that time was a 3.75" Men in Black body a friend gave me. Then I borrowed the head part of my General Flagg custom and created a concept General Hawk figure wearing the United States Army service uniform.
