Bruno "Mad Dog" Shepard, another one of the enforcers of Miles Mayhem's V.E.N.O.M. terrorist organization. Using his Magna-Beam mask he tears asunder anything even slightly magnetic; bank vaults, police and military vehicles, even the firearms of those who resist him.
