I was inspired by Dusty79's awesome Simpson crossover figures and just happened to find some static Simpson figurines at the Dollar Tree.

This figure made itself! The parts fit together so well that very little modding was required.

Papa Burns is the evil Emperor of the realm. In his castle fortress he studies the dark arts and finance. His wicked hand wreaks havoc on any unsuspecting travelers and tiny woodland creatures of the Dell of the Spring.
