Design:

Bombardier was an unproduced 1980's Action Force figure, finally realized in production by the GI Joe Collectors' Club. This custom uses New Sculpt parts to roughly approximate the look.

Colors & Paints:

Based on the unproduced figure and the GIJCC figure, with a few minor adjustments. The color set is one that I never would have come up with on my own, making it a fun one to use. Removing the Cobra Symbol wasn't quite enough to undue the Tele-Viper look of the head, so I split the helmet into two different colors.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The Cobra symbol was removed from the helmet. The shoulder sockets were reworked to accept the arms. The arm and thigh pads are sculpted.
