Riptide is a former Navy Special Warfare Boat Operator, he was recruited to the Joe team to help with their naval operations, and is licensed to pilot the Devilfish, Shark 9000, and Hydrofoil, but is most commonly seen behind the controls of the Manta Ray.
Unlike most of the Joe team's naval fleet, the Manta Ray is specifically a small transport boat, it lacks much of the armor and firepower found on so many other Joe boats. It relies heavily on its operator to get the Joe team onto the beach in one piece using stealth and maneuverability, which makes Riptide one of the most skilled SWBO's in the Navy.

This is a pretty simple custom and was created as part of my expanded Battle Corps line up. One of the things I wanted to do was give drivers to vehicles that otherwise didn't have one.
