This figure was made for the PHX Customs project Resurgence 3.

This figure was a situation where I built what I thought would be a cool driver for the vehicle and was coming up blank with names. I asked the other members of PHX what they thougt and Oreobuilder said he looked a lot like the existing character Long Range. After checking out some pics, I agreed and that is who he became.

This was the first time i used any HACKS parts in my customizing.
