This was one of my favorites characters of the video game, but sadly he never made it to the Street fighter line of 1993. I have always been a Street Fighter fan since the first game came out back in the 80's. So l decided to put a little bit of effort into making those characters that l enjoyed as part of my childhood, but for some reason were not there, while also improving the one's that were released.
