This guy was made to go along with my Spy Hunter car I made for the Battle Cars NoJoe Challenge. I realize the character isn't used in the video game, but he's on the arcade and Nintendo cartridge. Plus spies are cool and anytime I get the chance to use one of those Storm Shadow torsos I can't pass it up.

For the head I went through a few options. I was trying to find that Miami Vice era Don Johnson look with the feathered hair. Poe Dameron was on the short list until the Billy Brennan head fell into my lap.
