Lieutenant Colonel Bludd leads two Special Operations groups within the Cobra Organization: The Cobra Reapers and the Night Stalkers. Reapers bring true death to the undead. The Night Stalkers are experts at infiltration and espionage which they use to gain access to survivor communities and now New Salem.

Bludd basks in his power and his position and takes great pride in the accomplishments of those under his command. Ruthless in his own right he never hesitates to enter the battle to lead his troops.
