Done for PHX Customs Retro Toy Chest event, Psycho is an update of a figure from a line based on the movie Commando. The Schwarzenegger movie. Back in the 80s (and into the 90s) toy companies weren't worried about an R rating hurting their chances of selling toys. Rambo, Terminator, Robocop, Alien, Predator, all had very kid focused toylines, and Commando was one of the lesser knowns. Rather than make characters that were actually from the movie aside from Matrix, they opted to create a whole assortment of generically military good and bad guys. Not even a Vernon Wells as Bennett sadly. Or Bill Duke for that matter. Still, some of what they did was interesting, and with his athletic protector mask and pink color scheme, Psycho certainly hits the interesting checkbox.
