Stakeout is based on the figure that came with the the Action Force Boat Patrol set. He was made as part of the 2 week challenges for the 2016 Custom Celebration. He's kinda generic, and pretty much an LBC, but the figure he's based on was kinda generic too. At the very least he looks acceptably military to me, and helps to round out the ranks of Action Force for me. Not everyone can be a cool Snake-Eyes or Cobra Trooper repaint after all.
