This version of Cutter is intended to be the commander of a Coast Guard cutter I plan to make out of a True Heroes ship when I have the time and space to do so, to be called the Wave Breaker. In the meantime, I've done this custom in an outfit that's loosely based on the Coast Guard's service uniform. I think it's simple but effective. I painted some Lieutenant's bars on his collar which turned out pretty well.
