I put the first Major Bludd figure on my after-the-fact disappointing figure list. I didn't get one when it first came out, but looking back now, it was bad. It looked nothing like the card art. No silver chest plate and no silver robotic arm. I would not have cared about the lack of arm articulation had it looked like it should.

I needed the Underground figure for the perfect head for Billy, but luckily enough, his arm was good enough for a true Major Bludd. I'd still like a silver chest plate though
