25th Chuckles and a random black pair of legs

I've always wanted to do a bit of a fresh take on Chuckles ever since he was in the GI Joe movie. I wasn't really happy at all with the head sculpts they did use on him so I did some searching for a good cast and put this guy out. There wasnt anything wrong with the body Hasbro gave us but it lacked the pinkish/red flowers. Overall he still maintained the original appearance I just gave him a little bit up an update!
