Doctor Mindbender engineered these vipers to raid ranches to steal cattle, horses, pigs, goats ect. These rustlers are mean. They capture thousands of livestock each month for Mindbender's experiments. And cobra loves good food. One year they captured two thousand animals, but GI Joe was able to return one thousand of the animals that were captured because Cobra was having a party and had no clue that GI Joe had invaded and took as many as they could to return them.
