Raptor. There are rumors of 2 men going by that name. This particular subject is suspected of being a former partner of the man known as The Vulture. His gear flight gear is near identical except for it's larger size.

He leads a group of maruders that go by the name The Cauldron, all of which take to the air using various stolen tech.

When I first saw the Vulture figure I knew I wanted to make an updated Raptor with it. I started by buying the 5" figure. I took the pack and gave the figure to my daughter. Then I simply waited until I could get the 3 3/4" figure. As soon as I did I went about creating this figure.

I entered it in the 2017 G.I.Joe Convention Custom Contest and was sadly disappointed with its reception. People seemed to hate it. Since then I decided that this will be one version of 2 Raptors. The other being slightly more inspired by the original.
