This custom was a accident that came about after I bought a lot of accessories and they were the wrong scale. Pretty sure these are for 6" figures.

Instead of being a total waste I got the idea to use them on a TMNT that was kicking around my fodder.

I already have a larger scale turtle in my verse (Tiger Force TMNT) so this guy isn't alone!

I see him as a anti-seedy underbelly type PI that works with Chuckles and the Joes in all things subterranean.
