The 1982 series of Joes shared a lot of body parts as a cost-saving measure. It appears that every figure was supposed to have a unique head, which was later changed to using a few shared heads. So I'm replacing the heads on some series 1 figures. For Short-Fuze, you need a swivel head with glasses to match his comic appearance as much as possible, which means Doc is the only real option. It looks pretty good, and I made sure to give him an appropriate firearm as well.
