Head: Storm Shadow (non-O-ring)
Arms: Nanchuck
Torso and Waist: Kamakura
Upper Legs: Kamakura
Lower Legs: Night Creeper

The shoulder strap is two straps from a couple of Dustys, glued together. The little stars are posterboard. The sword used to belong to an old X-Men figure.
The backpack was Snake Eyes' cut short so the sword could protrude. I also drilled a couple of holes for the sais (modified Snake Eyes knives).
