In 2016 the G.I. Joe Collector's club created for Joecon the Sky Patrol theme set. The only missing figure from the Air Commandos was Spirit the squad leader. I had this sitting on the workbench for quite a time and finally decided to finish it when I got the Falcon wings. He has a very 90's color palette, bright contrasted colors. The red and blue pattern of the wing has a very Native American look and feel.
