When the undead began plaguing the world Cobra Commander sent orders to his faithful. Those that could make it to a predetermined location were to do so and were allowed to bring family, including pets. Those that could not were given instructions on how to survive and locations of Cobra safe house, weapons caches, and support staff. These troopers began to behave more like Range Vipers then typical Troopers. With gear scavenged from various sources they act as one person operators and intelligence gatherers. Sending Cobra Control vital intel and disrupting any attempts to overthrow Cobra's growing rule.
