Black Manta. He's been a thorn in the side of all the world's Navies including the Joes and Cobra. He thinks he's the rightful "King of the Seven Seas." It's laughable but he may be right. Few that stand against him survive the ordeal. Most sink to a watery grave and a meeting at Davy Jone's Locker.

When the Fortnight figures came out I knew I wanted to make Black Manta it just came down to finding the right head. The Imaginex figure filled that nicely.

For this one I wanted to take the added step of trying the "Blackest Paint In The World." Sadly it didn't meet my expectations.
