I am not a big fan of Retaliation "Rockblock," but the action figure makes for a great base for an updated modern era Roadblock. I Dremelled the head socket and used hot glue to fit it to the neck post. I also Dremelled out the wrist bands from Roadblock v. 23 and glued them to the Resolute forearms so the articulated gloves look better. I painted the upper arms to match the forearms.

I also updated Roadblock's file card to show that he is a Ranger School graduate.
