A while back I completed several customs of background characters to fill out dio pics. after the Joe's were completed, I thought it'd be good to include some background Cobra troops as well.

The details going into the organization and implementation of a major operation is no easy task. It requires an attention to detail and superb time management skills that the basic Viper lacks. Each Cobra operation is assigned at least one Logistician to ensure all the necessary supplies needed from food to fighter jets is in the right place at the right time.
They may not see a lot of action, but they're a major lifeline to any op.
