an idea I have been toying with lately is creating a series of individual Cobra characters based on troop builders. A lot of this came about after creating the character, Screamer, who was a Tele-viper.

The first in this series is Hardware, who is a Techno-Viper specialist. Hardware is specially trained in the maintenance of nearly all of Cobra's mechanized division. His uniform is specifically designed to provide him maximum protection against small arms fire when moving through the battlefield.
