this custom originally started out with the working name of Riptide, which used a different set of arms and a completely different head. He was intended to be a driver for the Night Force Night Ray, which I don't even own. After much consideration, the idea of Riptide was scratched and the figure was re-purposed as a new version of Torpedo.

This version of Torpedo is designed to be a Special Warfare Boat operator and can easily be placed behind the controls of any number of GI Joe marine craft such as the Moray Hydrofoil, Piranha, and Manta Ray.
