I was telling someone how a Han before/after carbonite with a few added accessories would make for a really easy Rise of Skywalker (non-pilot) version of Poe. The only thing painted is the scarf and pouches.

Finn was supposed to be just an accessory figure but once I switched the jackets I fell in love with the build and went and painted it.

The best part was breaking out the Force Awakens BB8 playset and playing scenes from the movie. I forgot how versatile that playset is. those "cardboard" cutout troopers saved me a trip from having to dig through plastic bins to find more figures.
