I always loved the early runs of the characters brought out by Hasbro but the specialty Cobra troopers were limited to their area of expertise. The Cobra Eels were one of my favorite early Cobra Army builders but it seemed silly having them run around on a battle field wearing a wetsuit and flippers. I decided since the Eels were Cobra's version of Navy Seals I would give them a land based uniform that they could wear fighting GI Joe on land. Here is my version of a land based Cobra Eel. This is my first of hopefully many more figure submissions.
