Zooks was an American Defense figure made by Remco in the 80's. The custom was created as part of PHX Customs Project: No Joe.
I remember seeing Zooks as a kid on the shelves at KB Toys or K Mart. I couldn't find much on him, other than he was part of the American Defense line, probably some other offshoot lines from Remco as well. He was a very easy figure to put together. I deviated slightly from the standard uniform, but not the colors.
