POC Recondo vest modified

I spent a bit of the early summer months updating several customs, including Roadblock here. I wasn't happy anymore with the vest and the paint apps, so I took the older custom (seen in the gallery) and repainted it and made another vest with some kibble.

I went with a more bright and vibrant green, red and grey to make the figure pop a bit more. The trickiest part for the vest was closely shaving off parts from the Marauder 86 vest to get the look on the front.
