The mysterious Torak is the extremely powerful enemy of Brazil's G.I. Joe, known as Falcon (no relation to Lt. Falcon). He has silver skin, a metallic head, a power vest that can blast deadly laser beams and a pincer claw in place of his left hand. Torak spends his time scheming and plotting in his secret laboratory designing his latest greatest invention to take down Falcon and his ally, Condor once and for all.

His inventions range from robots, space vehicles, rockets and more. Unfortunately for the evil genius, he has never bested Falcon. He took to plotting in his secret, secret lab to invent the greatest device that would aid him. It would take many years, but Torak would do the time. Rumour has it Torak is still holed up in his secret, secret lab working out the kinks of his latest invention but no one really knows for sure. The day for his emergenceis near... Torak is coming.
