Design/Character:

Vulture wore a flight suit and a helmet that could be a pilot's helmet, making him the default pilot of The Bad Guys. The Ace/Wild Bill flight suit was a great starting point, and the Keychain Pilot helmet provides the streamlined look close to the Remco figure.

Colors & Paint:

Remco didn't do the best job of promoting its figures, and I've seen different images of what might be Vulture. I believe that some of the official photography featured a black uniform Vulture, but the figure as released was in dark blue. Not knowing which (if not both) was correct, I went with a dark blue flight suit with black "chaps" over the legs.

The Wild Bill belt buckle is painted, unsuccessfully, as a vulture head.

Sculpting & Modifying:

The hair top and earlobes were chopped off of the head, which was glued into the helmet, with the gaps filled with epoxy. Epoxy also fills the midriff articulation point, the elbow pins, and thigh screw insets.
