Louie serves as the handyman for Big Boss' gang. He is responsible for building the hideouts and taking apart hard to crack objects such as bank vaults. He also served as the muscle along with Ms. Demeanor and Rock Krusher.

I loved the C.O.P.S. toy line as a kid as they were really just large GI Joes, but I always waned them to scale with the Joes.

I've included a picture of the vintage figure with the custom to show the inspiration for the custom.
