The world has fallen into chaos as Overlord has created Zone Generators all around the world. This generators have created the Spiral Zone and all of those that are in the zone fall under the control of Overlord. Overlord controls the zones with his army the Black Widows who are all immune to the mind control of the zones because of a device called the Widow Maker but still suffer the same physical effects that the zone causes which explains why Overlord and his gang all looked deformed.

Earth's only hope is a group called the Zone Riders. They are an elite group of soldiers from all around the world that have come together to defeat the Overlord and put an end to the zones.

The Zone Riders are led by Dirk Courage from the USA who is an all around elite soldier. Second in command Max Jones also from the USA and is special forces. Hiro Taka is from Japan and is the martial arts/infiltration expert. Tank Schmidt from West Germany who is the heavy weapons expert. Katerina Anastacia who is the medical officer.
