Dusty Hayes is an agent of M.A.S.K. that drove Gator an orange jeep that could transform into a hydroplane and wore the mask Backlash that could fire a kinetic beam.

M.A.S.K. stands for Mobile Armored Strike Kommand and is a special task force led by Matt Trakker. Each M.A.S.K. member wears a helmet (mask) that each possess a certain ability. In addition each member also operates a transforming vehicle that appears normal but is actually just an illusion. M.A.S.K. battles against the criminal organization V.E.N.O.M. which stands for Vicious Evil Network of Mayhem named after their leader Miles Mayhem. V.E.N.O.M. agents like the M.A.S.K. agents wear superpowered "masks" and drive transforming vehicles.
