The Rest: Marauders Task Force

This figure is part of an ongoing project to recreate as many G.I.Joe and Cobra figures as possible using only (or mostly) Marauders Task Force parts.

Unlike most other Joe fans, the Alley Viper has never been high on my list of favorites. At this point (after having completed 200+ G.I.Joe/Marauder customs) I'm starting to run out of people to make using the existing Marauders Task Force parts catalog. I was a little reticent in creating this custom as he is iconic and classic. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to do the figure justice.

I painted the balaclava blue. Painted the helmet, visor, and vest orange. I went back over the figure with blue highlights and camouflage. The shield was cast in blue so I only had to add orange highlights.
